Upgrades for Pro and Advanced packages can be done during the 12 months but must be requested before the beginning of a new month's cycle. Downgrades are not allowed.
Community management involves engaging with followers by responding to their comments and direct messages (DMs) during office hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 5:30 pm).
Photography and videography sessions are available for clients within Bahrain only.
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included number will be considered new artwork and may incur additional charges. If the revised work does not reflect the client's comments, further revisions will be accommodated. However, if the client decides to take a completely different approach, it will be treated as new artwork.

There are add-ons that can be added to the packages. Any variations, such as additional photography/videography sessions or more sponsored ads, will incur additional costs.
Sponsored ads are based on impressions. Every time the ad is viewed on Instagram, it counts as an impression.
Each package is designated to one brand only. A brand is considered a single company/business. Businesses that have multiple sub-brands within their portfolio will still be able to receive artworks for their various brands, however, social media management will be done for one account only.
Generating creative themes involves planning the overall look of the account and determining content categories. Ongoing recommendations mean the agency will continually suggest and recommend strategies to help improve the account.
Yes, clients can provide their own content or ideas for posts.
We hire the best designers possible in our agency, and we put quality, speed and support at the front of our list of priorities. Incase a submitted work is not on par with quality expectations, the agency will do its best to rectify and resolve the situation and provide alternative work at no cost.
All packages are based on a minimum of 12 months duration, cancellation is not permitted before the contract duration ends. Plans will auto-renew for another 12 months unless cancelled prior to the ending date. Basic and Pro plans members will be able to request an upgrade during the 12 months duration, before the beginning of the month's cycle.

Payments can be done by cheques, cash, benefit pay, credit card or wire transfer on the 1st day of each month's cycle.

Yes, subscriptions are accepted globally, however, note that photography, videography will not be part of the plan for any business located outside of Bahrain.
