At Cinqo Media Publicity & Advertising W.L.L, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

  • Production and shipping timelines for all orders are specified at checkout as 7-14 working days.
  • Some products may require a longer production or delivery period, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • While some orders may be completed and delivered earlier, we do not guarantee expedited delivery options.

Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Local Delivery: All shipments within Bahrain are handled directly by our drivers and are subject to a flat fee of BD 5 per shipment.
  • Local Pick-Up: Customers can opt for free pick-up from our office, located at Shop 17, Building 23, Road 7901, Block 579, District 1, Al Janabiyah, Bahrain (during working hours). Customers will be notified once the order is ready for pickup.

Global Shipping

  • We do not currently ship physical goods outside Bahrain.
  • Digital goods are delivered electronically via email and are exempt from physical shipping timelines.

Proof of Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to retain the signed or confirmed delivery receipt as proof of delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customized Goods: Due to the nature of customized orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Photo or video proof is required for evaluation.

Resolution Process

  • Upon evaluating the reported issue, we will either issue a refund for the damaged items or arrange for a replacement.
  • All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are met.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days and credited to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
