SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Cinqo Media Publicity & Advertising W.L.L, you agree to comply with our shipping and returns policy outlined below:

DELIVERY SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Shipping Process:

• For physical ready goods shipped locally within Bahrain, we process and dispatch the items within 3 business days after the order is placed. Please allow for additional shipping time based on your location.
• For custom ordered goods shipped locally within Bahrain, we process and dispatch the items within 3 business days once production is completed. Production duration varies from item to item, it is recommended to check production timeframe estimate from products page prior to placing an custom order.
• For services and digital goods, we provide global shipping. The delivery time for services and digital goods will be mentioned on the respective product pages.
• The delivery fees applicable to your order will be stated during the checkout process, based on the item/product/service and delivery location.

2. Proof of Delivery:

• For physical goods, we kindly request you to keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer. This will serve as evidence that the delivery was received.

3. Trackable Shipping:

• We strongly recommend using trackable shipping services for returning products. In the case of a return, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it cannot be tracked.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including digital goods, custom printed materials, and any type of services.
• We do not accept returns for products customized for your use, such as those with specific orders, logos, or quantities.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• For services/products that have not yet started production phase, you are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase date.

3. Returns of Produced Items:

• Items purchased once produced, whether physical or digital goods, are not allowed to be returned. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items under promotion cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, given that the concern was shared within 7 days from receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cinqomedia.com and send your item to our address mentioned in the below contact information.
